    Invited

    STEP

    01

This is your time to shine! A company has noticed your profile and asked you to apply. This is your chance to review the job description and make sure your profile is the best it can be before you apply.

Quick tip: We recommend including a cover letter with your application. While it may not be required, it’s a simple way to highlight your skills and stand out from other candidates.

    Applied

    STEP

    02

Congratulations! You’ve submitted your application and are waiting to hear back. While you’re waiting to hear back, double-check that your resume, profile, videos and assessments are complete and up to date.

Quick tip: You can sort job cards in your dashboard by company, date, or custom sort however you'd prefer.

    In Communications

    STEP

    03

At this stage, you’re messaging directly with the company. Keep a lookout for any alerts that show up on the job card. Respond quickly, provide clear answers, and don’t hesitate to ask any questions back to the company if you don’t fully understand their request. Be respectful with your tone, because this is an opportunity to build trust, showcase your communication skills and keep the process moving smoothly.

Reminder: Once you start messaging with a company, move the card from "Applied" to “In Communications” so your board stays up to date.

    Interview Scheduled

    STEP

    04

You’ve done it! An interview time has been confirmed. Use the time before the interview to research the company, prepare examples of your work, and test your video/audio setup. Think through 2–3 success stories you can share, and prepare thoughtful questions to ask. This shows preparation and genuine interest.

Reminder: When you confirm an interview time, update your card to “Interview Scheduled” to keep track of upcoming meetings.

    Interview Completed

    STEP

    05

You’ve finished the interview, and now the company is reviewing your candidacy. This is the moment to follow up with a thank you message. Keep it short and highlight one strength that connects directly to their needs. This leaves a strong impression while they make their decision.

Reminder: After your interview, move the card to “Interview Completed” so you can focus on follow-ups and next steps.

    Accepted

    STEP

    06

Success! You’ve been offered and accepted the role!

What's next? Be on the lookout for an email from your success manager to schedule your payment onboarding meeting. It’s an important step to ensure you're ready to receive payments through the platform.

    Declined

    STEP

    07

Sometimes a role just isn’t the right fit, and the company has decided not to move forward. Don’t get discouraged, every “no” brings you closer to the right “yes.” Stay positive, learn from the experience, and shift your focus to the next opportunity that matches your skills and goals.

    Withdrawn

    STEP

    08

You can withdraw your application at any time. If you’ve already started communicating with a company, update your status right away and notify them politely. Withdrawing gracefully helps protect your reputation and keeps the door open for future opportunities.
