Gold Glove Partner Program

Gold Glove is VPMs “done for you” recruiting service.

VPM will have a discovery call with the client.  During this call we:

• Determine Company values
• Obtain a job description
• Post a job

VPM will then find, communicate, coordinate and  review candidates using the gold glove 10 point weighted scoring system.

Candidates that pass the benchmark scoring will perform a self-interview with specific questions the client had identified in the discovery call.

All approved candidates are presented to the client for final review.

VPM will fill the job for the client once they make a final decision.

VPM does its best to remove subjectivity from scoring a candidate instead, we rely on as much data as possible.  Here is a list of criteria VPM reviews with each candidate.

VPM uses its database of over 35,000 profiles and growing weekly!.  100+  new contractor profiles are created every week.

VPMs SLA is to present candidates to the client within three weeks.  For most job roles, VPM presents candidates within two weeks.

Time needed for Client:

• 1 Hour: Discovery Call

• 2 Hours:  Final Review

• 30 Minutes:  Post Hire call with VPM and new Contractor

VPM offers a lifetime guarantee on any candidate placed.  There are a couple of caveats.  VPM Solutions Gold Glove team will find a replacement contractor for the same job. This offer must be redeemed within 30 days of closing the previous Gold Glove job.

By acknowledging this agreement Client agrees that, for this job, you:

• will pay contractors sourced by the VPM Gold Glove team solely through the VPM Platform;

• will pay the Gold Glove fee  plus the 3% payment processing fee; will be charged once the job is filled

• are authorized to approve the fee; and

• will abide by the Terms of Service.

VPM Solutions agrees to:

• Identify and present potential contractors for this job within three weeks from the agreement date;

• Extend a lifetime guarantee for this job once filled by a Gold Glove candidate; meaning that the VPM Solutions Gold Glove team will find a replacement contractor for the same job. This offer must be redeemed within 30 days of closing the previous Gold Glove job.

If you do not approve candidates or you find a contractor outside of the Gold Glove sourcing service; you will not be charged the Gold Glove recruitment fee.

VPM charges the client once a job is filled.  Once VPM receives funds, your commission will be sent to your bank account on file.

Gold Glove commission is paid out at the time of fulfillment.

No.  VPM does not charge when a client evokes the lifetime guarantee.

We create a unique meeting link for each Gold Glove Partner.

You will receive an email notification for the following:

VPM will continue to pay you a commission each time your client uses the gold glove service to fill a job.  Once a client is connected to you, they are connected in perpetuity and you will receive email notifications based on activities they take.

VPM charges $1,500.  VPM is offering partners a 50% commission of whatever is charged to the client.

I.e. Client is charged $1500. Gold Glove Partner receives $750

There may be an instance when we are running a promotion and the gold glove service is discounted.
